“ One of my absolute favorite cafes in London, located in the gorgeous Pantechnion - basically a shrine of love to all things Nordic-Japanese. This is a chain, and an offshoot of a Japanese-French clothing and music label, so you wouldn’t expect the food to be so delicious. But everything is. The morning pastries (standouts include the miso caramel rice pudding brioche), the sandos (the egg salad is a firm favorite), and the drinks (can’t go wrong with either matcha or hojicha, if you’re feeling fancy) are immaculately prepared and served by a friendly and attentive staff. They even got a water bowl for our dog, which was lovely! ”

“ I really mostly enjoyed this amazing coffee shop and patisserie! We’ve visited one in Paris which was excellent so we decided to stop by. It is lovely indoors and the coffees and matchas we had were super—The chestnut matcha latte was particularly lovely...not too sweet but not bitter at all. Perfection. The patisserie are works of art; elegant and impossibly delicious. My only complaint would be the crazy pidgeons outside. Seems nutty to say but they were aggressive! Ha!! We continually and persistently had to bat them away—I guess they enjoy the atmosphere and patisseries as well!!! lol. Overall a super spot - if you want peace without pidgeons, head indoors. It is elegant and comfortable. ”
“ I cannot express how much I enjoy each visit, each time I am served by a new staff member and all of them give me the same amazing customer service, and on top of that the drinks are made so quick compared to other cafes and they make it to your liking if there’s a problem!! ”
“ This is a great location especially when the sun is out, it’s a real summertime vibe. A wonderful ambience and lovely staff. I have ordered various drinks from the menu from its coffees, teas and signature Matcha (Iced Matcha Latte With Oats Milk And Vanilla Sweetener to be specific) and it has delivered. The layout can be confusing for first timers but the seating area is located in the back and it gets quite packed in the late afternoon/evening. When the sun is out it’s the best time to visit because of the spacious seating area outside (umbrellas are available). Overall, it’s a place to visit for those who want to step away from busy London and relax. I definitely recommend it. ”

“ Walking by and popped in for coffee but hey, the pastries looked too good to turn down and I was right. I tried Matcha Pain Au Chocolat, fantastic but you have to love matcha otherwise this ain’t for you. The Egg sando was basically an egg sandwich on soft bread, it was good but won’t get it again. The winners are definitely the Yuzu cruffin filled with different types of sweet or sour one, they were a special treat, absolutely delicious , definitely recommend to give them a try. ”
